Even if you feel addressed when I name your genitals vulva here - in the sessions it is important to me to name your genitals exactly as you want them to. And who knows, you might find many more names for this special and unique creature along the way...

 

Genital Mindfulness and Sensing Meditation

You connect to the inner and outer structures through a guided meditation and laying on of hands by you or me.

Genital show and tell/Vulva watching​

You create your safe space according to your own needs, to connect with your vulva, to talk about it and its history, to let it speak for itself, to show it. If you wish, you can also look at your vulva with a mirror. This process is open and self-determined, you decide which way you want to go, moment by moment.

+ outer mapping

You get to know the anatomy of the bony pelvis and the vulva on pictures and models in order to orient yourself. We map the outer structure in order to feel and recognize what we see on our own bodies. The focus is an anatomical/sensual sense-mapping that is not about pleasure and arousal, even if that's invited if we encounter it along the way. You decide which areas of your vulva you want to map, letting your anatomical curiosity as well as intuitive flair guide you. Together we will find a suitable balance of non-verbal sensing supported by breathing and verbalization and the search for a new vocabulary. If you wish, you can also look at your vulva with a mirror. 

Touch genital meditation

GenitalMeditation creates an intention-free sensual space, beyond arousal- or orgasm-oriented touch. The slow and recurring external touches, given in a consciously timed framework, enable the timeless immersion in one's own sexual energy. The touch ritual promotes a meditative attitude, presence and sensual awareness for both the giver and the receiver. You can let go of the feeling of having to give something back or have to do something. It increases the genital sensitivity and ability to enjoy and creates an intensive connection with one's own body. 

Where communication is in the foreground in mapping, it is primarily about a non-verbal space in which thoughts move on, emotions such as fear, shame, sadness or anger can flow through. Excitement can come and go. The attentive touch supports sensual pleasure and the relaxation of the pelvic floor.


Internal genital mapping

We map the inner structure in order to feel and recognize what we see in the pictures on our own bodies. The focus is an anatomical/sensual sense-mapping that is not about pleasure and arousal, even if that's invited if we encounter it along the way. You decide which and how many areas of your vulva you want to map, letting your anatomical curiosity as well as intuitive flair guide you. Together we will find a suitable balance of non-verbal sensing supported by breathing and verbalization and the search for a new vocabulary.


Touching and exploring the inner space allows you to have a deeper sense of your center, your body and your potential for pleasure. The conscious feeling into unconscious areas of the body as well as scar tissue activates these areas, makes them alive and more clearly perceptible and can initiate healing processes. You can get to know your center better and connect with it, which improves your body awareness but also your sexual experience.

Exploration with mirror and speculum

Exploring with the speculum combines your anatomical curiosity with the power of the knowing gaze. Unlike mapping, which is about consciously feeling your anatomy, we take a very close look here. With a mirror you can take a look at the outer and inner structure.

Pelvic floor relaxation

The gentle massaging and loosening of the inner and/or outer pelvic floor muscles enables an improved blood and oxygen supply, supports the sensitivity of the tissue, the gland function and thus the moistening by the vaginal secretions as well as the relaxation of the muscles, for example to improve chronic pain and for a beneficial effect Activation of the urethral swelling tissue (G-surface). You decide whether the massage should also be completed anally. A second session is usually recommended for this.

Ovarian respiration, uterine nourishment, small energy cycle

With this exercise you energize the sexual organs and increase the feeling of pleasure. The small energy circuit connects and balances all centers. The body is revitalized and harmonized. You nourish your body and its organs with your sexual energy. This exercise is a meditative exercise without intimate touch. You can practice the exercises even if you have had these organs removed.

Jade egg practice, Taoist breast massage and Inner Smile meditation

The inner smile is a meditation to strengthen the inner organs and harmonize your emotional treasures. The inner tissue is massaged and activated with the jade egg, you deepen the feeling of your pelvic floor and strengthen the effect of Taoist mediations such as the small energy cycle to circulate your sexual energy in the body and nourish your organs. The breast massage stimulates the lymph flow and the glandular system, supports the hormone balance, regulates menstrual problems and activates your sexual energy.

Pleasure exploration and bossy massage

Together we explore the sensual desires and the feeling of your body and genitals, experiment with pleasure spots with touch qualities. together we will find a harmonious balance of self-guided guidance from you and intuitive touch and inspiration from me.
